Call for Speakers: Maryland Climate Tech+ 2026

Share Your Real-World Solutions

Share your solutions shaping healthy, resilient communities.

Maryland Climate Tech+ 2026 invites practitioners, innovators, researchers, and public-sector leaders to present real-world climate, housing, and public health solutions that are already being tested, deployed, or scaled.

This is not a pitch stage.

It is a working convening focused on implementation, outcomes, and replication.

2026 Climate Justice Theme: Housing as Healthcare
Maryland Climate Tech+ 2026 centers on the role of housing as a frontline public health intervention—particularly in communities facing disproportionate exposure to radon gas, asthma triggers, wildfires, flooding, and sea-level rise.

We are seeking presentations that examine how climate-resilient, healthy homes can prevent health crises before they reach hospitals, while advancing equity, affordability, and workforce development.

Who Should Apply

You should apply if you are actively involved in:

  • Designing, piloting, or implementing climate, housing, or public-health solutions
  • Evaluating real-world outcomes, performance data, or cost impacts
  • Deploying solutions across residential, commercial, or community-scale projects
  • Working alongside public agencies, utilities, healthcare systems, or communities

Joint submissions with an end-user client, public agency, or community partner are strongly encouraged.

Why Present at Maryland Climate Tech+ 2026

Maryland Climate Tech+ 2026 is a solutions-first convening where research, policy, and practice intersect.

  • Alignment with community benefit programs advancing healthy homes and climate resilience

This is a forum for ideas that work in the real world—not just on paper.

Presentation Format & Expectations

  • Presentation length: 30 minutes
  • Formats accepted: Case studies, pilot results, applied research, implementation frameworks, moderated panels
  • Focus: Practical lessons, barriers encountered, and pathways to scale
